Orders are shipped out via UPS or USPS (Priority Shipping) with tracking numbers. Once an order is shipped, we will forward the tracking number & update your eBay order.
We ship to the lower 48 states only. All products are shipped from our warehouses in the U.S.
Any fees associated with address change, cancelled orders or undeliverable items is the responsibility of the buyer. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide same day shipping on most of our item, that is why is crucial for you to message us if there are any changes or cancellations on your order. It is also important to note the estimate time and date of delivery to avoid excess delivery charges. To coordinate a successful delivery please contact the carrier.

Unpaid Items will be forfeited per eBay. Immediate payment needs to be processed for items with Add to Cart option so that any promotional discounts can be applied to your order immediately.
Sales Tax will be applied for orders shipped within the state of California. We give positive feedback immediately after payment is received. We would appreciate a positive feedback as much as you. Returns & Policies
We will accept returns for any reason on brand new and unused items with 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in 100% brand new, re-sellable condition, and in the original packaging (box). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our criteria of 'brand new & re-sellable' - items not meeting this criteria will be issued a partial refund or be denied completely. All returns are subjected to a restocking fee of 10% or more, depending on the condition of your return. Generally, if the item has been tried, assembled, or utilized the item will not be accepted for a return.
Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund however, Crosslinks will require photos (or video) of the defect prior to authorizing the return. For damaged/defective/wrong items, please message us and we'll be happy to walk you through our return process. Crosslinks will cover all shipping charges in these situations. However, we must be notified of damaged/defective/wrong item(s) within 3 business days of receiving item(s). There are no warranties expressed or implied on our products. We guarantee the product to be free from defects of workmanship for 30 days from date of sale.
All returns require an RMA number. Please message us and we will issue an RMA number, which must written down on the return packing slip, invoice, or label. Returns without an RMA will be rejected or their refund delayed. Customers must cover the return shipping cost. We require a tracking number on all returns. It is also strongly recommended that insurance is purchased. In the event of lost or damaged returns due to shipping, customers will be able to issue a claim with the shipping company.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
