Please email us as soon as possible to begin the process. Refund and replacement requests are only accepted within 30 days after receiving the merchandise according to the proof of delivery. The buyer should check the package for damage upon arrival. If the package has been damaged during freight, please refuse to sign for the package so it will automatically return to us. Describe the problem in detail and send us some pictures of the problem for confirmation. We will then provide you with a return shipping address.
